Schleich Operations Information
Schleich’s operations team works hard to process your orders as soon as possible. Items in stock will be processed and be ready to ship within the next business day (Monday through Friday excluding holidays) if placed by 12pm EST. All orders shipping Canadian destinations will be consolidated and shipped from our facility on select days of the week via Fedex Ground Export. A minimum amount of $10 is needed in order to complete the checkout.
Our warehouse operates only during business days and is closed over the weekend. Fulfillment hours of operations are
- Monday - Friday: 8:00AM to 5:00 PM EST
- Saturday - Sunday: Closed
You can also choose to ship your order directly to you or a friend/relative in the Canada.
All standard orders within Canada above $125 (excluding taxes) will receive free standard shipping and handling.
All standard orders within Canada under $125 (excluding taxes) will be charged a shipping fee. To calculate your shipping fee, please enter your shipping address in the cart or checkout.
Once you have placed your order, Schleich will process your order. All orders shiping to Canada will be consolidated to ship on specific 1-2 days during the week (Monday through Friday excluding holidays). Orders will be delivered within 3-11 business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays) via FedEx Ground Export. Rural areas may be subject to additional shipping days extending beyond 11+ business days.
At this time, we cannot deliver shipments to a P.O. Box or APO shipping address. Please accept our apology as we work to make this service available in the future.

Shipping to outside of Canada
Currently we are not offering any shipments placed on our Canadian website outside of Canada.
Shipments to the US or outside of Canada from this website is not possible. For shipments to the US or Europe please check out the local country website on www.schleich-s.com.
All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Refund amount is equal to purchase price and does not include shipping and handling charges. For more information on our return policy see our Terms & Conditions.
