Notes on BREXIT

The online shop remains open and you are still able to purchase.

As of 1.January 2021 all goods sent to the UK are affected by the Brexit and must therefore be cleared through customs and longer delivery times to be expected.

Delivery times

Found your favorite figure? Then you’ll have it in your hands within 3 to 5 working days of placing your order, unless otherwise noted.

In exceptional cases, your chosen product may no longer be in stock when we come to process your order. If that happens, we’ll let you know straight away.

Deliveries within UK (England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales)

Delivery costs vary depending on the order total:

Orders over £50 have free delivery.

Orders under £50 have a delivery charge of £8.95.

Orders over £135 are subject to customs duties. You will need to pay import VAT and customs duties.
Orders under £135 are free of charge for customs duties.

The new members of your schleich® family will be delivered by our logistics partner DHL. We use secure delivery to make sure they arrive safe and sound and don’t get lost.

At the moment we are not able to deliver to the Island: Jersey, Guernsey and Isle Of Man.

Although our animal figures feel right at home all over the world, we are unfortunately not able to deliver to other countries at present.

Payment methods

Money makes the world go round – and you’ll need it for your order too. We offer two different payment options:

Credit card and PayPal.

Credit card

We currently accept Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and Amex credit cards.
Your credit card payments are secured by SSL, just like a tortoise is protected by its shell.

Due to an EU directive, we’re required to use two-factor authentication for credit card payments.

The EU’s Payment Services Directive 2 (PDS2) means that consumers will sometimes need to verify their identity using two factors when making payments online. The required information will be requested in a separate step using a 3D Secure process. This security measure ensures that your credit card is being used only by you and nobody else.

Your identity will be authenticated through your bank’s online service.

PayPal, PayPal Express

PayPal or PayPal Express is a simple, secure way to make payments. During the order process, you’ll be redirected to PayPal. If you’re already registered with PayPal, you can log in and pay through your PayPal account.
The PayPal Express button takes you direct to the PayPal log-in without needing to enter your address and payment details, so that you can complete your order even more quickly.
