Schleich’s operations team works hard to process your orders as soon as possible. Items in stock ship within the next business day (Monday through Friday excluding holidays) if placed by 12pm EST. A minimum amount of $10 is needed in order to complete the checkout.

You can also choose to ship your order directly to you or a friend/relative in the United States.
Standard Shipping: All standard orders within the United States above $75 (excluding taxes) will receive free standard shipping and handling. This excludes AK, HI and PR. All standard orders within the United States under $75 (excluding taxes) will be charged a flat rate shipping charge of $7.99. Once you have placed your order, Schleich will ship the order the next business day (Monday through Friday excluding holidays). Orders will be delivered within 2-8 business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays) via FedEx Home Delivery or FedEx SmartPost. Rural areas may be subject to an additional 3 business days for a total of 11 business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays).
At this time, we cannot deliver shipments to a P.O. Box or APO shipping address. Please accept our apology as we work to make this service available in the future.

While shipping within Zone 2 and 3 usually takes 2-3 days, shipments to Zone 7 or 8 usually take 5-8 days.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico or Outside of the United States
Currently we are not offering any shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Shipments to Canada or Mexico are currently not possible. For shipments to Europe please check out the local country website on www.schleich-s.com.
All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Refund amount is equal to purchase price and does not include shipping and handling charges. Contact our Customer Service in order to obtain your return label. Please allow us up to 5-10 business days to process your return. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an order, please contact our Customer Service team.
